Employee orientation intended to introduce new employees to job duties and safety issues at the Cardinal Float Glass manufacturing facility in Menomonie, WI. This video defines expected job performance as provides an overview of the production line at the Cardinal Plant. As with most industrial environments, lighting and audio were critical in achieving a pleasing and representative result.
